X-Ray
Film Box Identification Codes
Film should
be stored vertically (not flat) in a cool (50-70 F) (10-12 C) dry
(30-50% humidity) location and shielded from radiation. Once the box
is opened X-Ray film should be stored in a film bin.
Use a Kodak
GBX-2 or equivalent filter with a 15w bulb at
not less than
1 meter. Box should only be opened in darkroom.
Automatic,
90 second at 30-32C (90-95F). Manual, 4 minutes at 20C (68F).
Film should
be handled carefully to prevent fingerprints or physical strains.
